The ground floor rec room has a shuffleboard table, a sectional sofa and TV (perfect for a lazy afternoon), or the more active guests will love the exercise room, equipped with a Peloton bike and tread. The middle floor boasts family fun, with a theater for movie nights, and a rec room with a pool table for more of a competitive spin. Upstairs, an open-concept living space includes a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious dining area, an ocean view great room, and a cozy sunset sitting area. With decks facing both east and west, you can enjoy sunrise and sunset views each day.

Step outside to your private oceanfront oasis, featuring a large pool (which can be heated) with a tanning ledge, and poolside cabana complete with an outdoor TV and speakers. For added relaxation, there's a sheltered hot tub as well as outdoor dining areas and two gas grills for dining al fresco. Perfect for large families or groups, this home's thoughtful design and amenities create the ultimate Outer Banks retreat!

Pets: Not permitted

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
